Australia's Fauna

Australia's Fauna
Created by the Online Zoological Collections of Australian Museums (OZCAM), Australia's Fauna is an online distributed network of databases that contain information about the faunal (animal) collections held in Australian museums and other institutions, such as CSIRO. Museums hold vast collections of specimens from the natural world and wish to provide access to these specimens and their associated data. This website provides a way to discover more about Australia's diverse fauna by allowing virtual access to the combined collections of many of Australia's museums.
